Terms & Conditions / Reservation Agreement:
Payment Terms: Full amount is due upon receipt of invoice and/or confirmation. By making this reservation, the Client / Passenger or Primary Billing / Booking Contact authorizes Miami Limo Service to apply charges to the credit card on file for the service requested as well as any additional services including but not limited to the additional stops, waiting time, any damages and/or Unusual clean-up caused by the passengers, any lost or stolen vehicle components, and any down time due to any of the above. Minimum hourly bookings apply and vary by vehicle type and day of the week.
Vehicle Substitution: Miami Limo Service reserves the right to substitute vehicles should mechanical, weather, traffic, or other conditions require a substitution. A vehicle of higher class and/or value may be substituted, at no additional cost to the client. It is agreed and understood that substitute vehicles are subject to availability.
Cancelation Policies:
Reservations for Sedans, SUVs and Vans booked for the one way transfers, require at least a 50 percent deposit at time of booking that becomes non-refundable 24 hours prior to contract start time. Cancellations must be received no later than 12 hours prior to contracted start time to avoid a forfeiture of 100 percent of the estimated trip total.
Reservations for Sedans, SUVs and Vans booked for the hourly services, require at least a 50 percent deposit at time of booking that becomes non-refundable 48 hours prior to contract start time. Cancellations must be received no later than 24 hours prior to contracted start time to avoid a forfeiture of 100 percent of the estimated trip total.
Reservations for all other vehicles (including but not limited to Stretched Limousines, Sprinter Limos, Minibuses, Party Buses, or Motor-coach Buses) require a 50 percent deposit at time of booking that becomes non-refundable 7 days prior to contract start date. Cancellations must be received no later than 72 hours of contract start time to avoid a forfeiture of 100 percent of the estimated trip total.
All reservations scheduled for Special Events (including but not limited to any Holidays, Proms, Concerts, Sporting Events etc.) require a 50 percent deposit at time of booking that becomes non-refundable 30 days prior to contract start date. Cancellations must be received no later than 14 days of contract start time to avoid a forfeiture of 100 percent of the estimated trip total.
Additional Time: Miami Limo Service can not guarantee the availability of overtime. It is a particular importance that the purchaser makes allowances for anticipated delays and adheres to the agreed time schedule. In the event that the purchaser wants to change the time of the itinerary, they may do so, only if Miami Limo Service can accommodate other clients that booked with Miami Limo Service prior to or after the said time.
Additional time shall be charged by the hour for any portion of an hour thereof. Charges will reflect the hourly rate of the vehicle plus gratuity. Additional time shall begin immediately upon completion of the contracted time. Waiting time shall begin at 15 minutes beyond the scheduled pick-up time and/or immediately at any requested stop. Waiting charges will be calculated including the first 15 minutes of waiting. Wait time shall be charged at the hourly rate of the vehicle plus gratuity. Free waiting time is included for the airport arrivals - 30 minutes for domestic, and 1 hour for international arrivals.
Additional Stops are subject to extra charge of $10.00 - $50.00 per stop (depending on vehicle type) plus gratuity. Travel time may be added to services performed outside the Metropolitan Area and/or garage to garage charges may be added to long distance trips.
Client Behavior: Client is responsible for each guest, their actions and behavior as well as financially responsible for all damage to and / or property removed from the vehicle. Client is responsible for any and all costs of repair, related expenses and income lost due to damages. Clients and guests shall not use the vehicle in a disorderly manner, for unlawful purposes or in any manner that would constitute a breach of peace in accordance with local, state and federal law.
Miami Limo Service has a zero tolerance policy and WILL NOT tolerate the consumption of alcoholic beverages by persons under the legal drinking age or the use of any illegal drug while in the vehicle or around the vehicle. Miami Limo Service WILL NOT tolerate smoking / vaping or the action or practice of inhaling and exhaling the vapor produced by electronic cigarettes or similar devices in or around any vehicle. Any illegal substance is prohibited from entering the vehicle at any time. Driver has the right to inspect the contents of any bag, purse or parcel that enters the vehicle. Food and the consumption of food in any vehicle are prohibited. Miami Limo Service has the right to terminate any contract for non-compliance of any one of these terms. Any and all monies shall be non-refundable for any reason, including cancellation.
Care of Vehicle: All vehicles in our fleet are considered "Non-Smoking". Client / Passenger or Primary Billing / Booking Contact agrees to take care of the vehicle, its components and furnishings and maintain the vehicle in a neat and sanitary condition.
Liability and Compliance: We recommend that all personal belongings and valuables be removed from the vehicle when left unattended. Miami Limo Service WILL NOT be held responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged personal belongings.
Vehicle Occupancy: Client / Passenger or Primary Billing / Booking Contact agrees that the maximum number of people in the vehicle shall not exceed vehicle capacity or original agreed upon number. Any additional occupants will be charged extra so long as vehicle capacity has not been exceeded.
Charges & Fees: Client / Passenger or Primary Billing / Booking Contact agrees to pay all charges as stipulated in this contract. Failure to pay all charges will result in collection activities and criminal prosecution. All persons that dispute charges under this contract shall be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. These prosecutions shall include notifying the local authorities of your fraudulent use of a credit card, the information published in local press publication and notification of employers for the purposes of garnishment of wages to settle the debt. Client agrees to make financial restitution to Miami Limo Service for any fraudulent acts made by the client in the completion of the contract, fulfillment of services and payment of said services and allows Miami Limo Service to seek restitution for damages by any legal means necessary.
Attorney Fees & Court Costs: In the event that any action is required by Miami Limo Service to enforce this agreement, Miami Limo Service shall be entitled to recover all costs, damages and expenses including all attorney fees.
Miami Limo Service allows the client the use of the vehicle during the reserved and agreed upon times. Client / Passenger or Primary Billing / Booking Contact and guests release Miami Limo Service from any and all liability and agree to hold Miami Limo Service, it’s employees and agents harmless from all loss, liability and expenses whatsoever as a result of any bodily injury, death or property damage caused by or arising from the use and operation of the vehicle. Miami Limo Service is not responsible for arriving late or missing an event due to heavy traffic, accidents, bad weather, mechanical failure, and forces of nature or acts of god. Drivers are not responsible for knowing the exact directions to every destination point and may be required to call and ask for directions. It is normal to allow additional time that might be needed to locate some addresses.
Please review this reservation for accuracy, as you are responsible to report any discrepancies immediately. Any service issues must be reported at their occurrence in order to be fixed, otherwise will be considered acceptable and further non eligible for compensation.
Electronic Consent: By booking this reservation electronically through the Internet, or by phone, Client / Passenger or Primary Billing / Booking Contact hereby grants permission to Miami Limo Service to charge for the above referenced services as outlined in this reservation. Client / Passenger or Primary Billing / Booking Contact further understands that by booking this reservation online or by phone, that booking counts as a digital signature as established by the Federal Digital Security Act. Client / Passenger or Primary Billing / Booking Contact understands that the electronically provided rates are a best guess based on the current information at hand and do not include possible wait-time charges, port charges, parking fees or any applicable tolls that may be incurred. It is also understood that this transaction is taking place via electronic means, either by Internet, e-mail, facsimile or phone and agreed to all charges set forth. There is a job specific cancellation policy for each trip. Failure to notify our office within the time frame established for your trip will result in the loss of your deposit as outlined above.
